- Centerless Grinding
Our
CNC Centerless grinding facilities give us the
ability to grind complex OD and ID forms of
almost any configuration. Intricate forms can
be interpolated by the CNC control or dressed
into the grinding wheel. Multiple steps, angles,
tapers & radii of almost any configuration
can be ground with great accuracy, often in
a single setup. Extremely tight concentricity
(.00004” – 1 micron) can be maintained
between all ground features. Diameters can also
be ground eccentric from one another in certain situations.
